Open Decks Night!!
28.03.2008 - monthly
Do you work in and around the City of London? Are you a budding DJ? Or would you like the chance to entertain your friends and the public on a full club sound system.
When? Every Last Wednesday of the month we invite you to our open decks night.
How does it work? You supply the music we supply the venue, equipment, the atmosphere and a bucket of beer if you bring along 8 friends.
What’s the music policy? Everything from minimal house and techno to more soulful grooves, rare grooves and r & b
Records or CD’s? You can use records CD’s or even play off your iPOD the choice is yours, all you need is your own music and your own headphones
What’s the Catch? No real catch but we like to make things a bit more interesting than your average Open decks night. So every table has a red card on it. If the majority of the crowd show you a red card during your 40minute set then you will be politely asked to finish early.
What’s the bonus? If you’ve brought 8 or more friends with you and last your full 40 minutes you receive a free bucket of Harbin Premium Chinese Lager for you and your friends to enjoy throughout the rest of the evening. Also you may even be asked to return to the decks that night.
Any other bonuses? Impress the management and you may be asked to play regularly for us as one of our resident DJ’s on one of our existing or new club nights.
Anymore questions call management on 020 7480 7550 or email info@departurebar.co.uk and arrange your slot.
