john and pat have run this pub for 25yrs..it is warm and welcoming..sporty pub..football,darts,pool,crib.there is also music once a month..cusomers are regulars from 21-80yrs..very much a community pub..pop in and feel the welcome for yourself.

The Lord Herbert Pub is not very attractive no, but when you go inside the atmospher from everyone is amazing. If you are a new person in the pub you are garrentied to make new friends.
Everyone is welcoming and polite, there is hardly any trouble in there, and there is live entertainment once every two weeks, thats when the pub gets so packed out you have to close the doors at 9pm.
