I went to this restaurant with my sister and nieces when we were on a holiday in London. We stayed at a hotel nearby, and went out to eat in Bayswater. We chose this restaurant cuz of the wide selection of food and we were tired. First thing I noticed was that they didn`t give us new fork/knife, we used the ones that had layed on the table for how long. Also the waiter gave us our glasses with his fingers all over the top of the glass, ugh..The chicken I ate was dry, with absolutely NO spice or taste, the others food was also disgusting. When I asked the waitress for chocolate icecream in my banana split, she mumbled "i`ll try" with a sour face. Besides from all of this, none of the staff said bye or thank you, the prices were ridicolous, it was noisy (cuz of the staff, not other customers) and the staff was rude and uninterested. My advise, don`t eat here! It is worth walking or taxiing a little bit further and get good value for your money, instead of leaving feeling PISSED OFF!!

Took my four colleges in here after we got off a long train journey on Tuesday We were all hungry so all ordered steaks, two of us tried some black Angus , what the waiter had explained was a new steak they had on there new menu, we all had onion rings, macaroni cheese, chips with the skin on and some sweet potato fries, all arrived in a timely fashion and was cooked to perfection, they served the black Angus with parsley butter what melts over your steak as you eat it!. We all left completely satisfied and will be returning next time we pads through.

Angus Steak House in London's busy Haymarket is one of a chain that has anchored London's loveaffair with American-style steakhouse for absolutely decades. The blood-red interior with its leather banquettes, prints of beef-themed artwork, figured carpets and dark wood is what generations of carnivores know well. Steak is the dish, of course, in eight cuts and three sizes ranging up to the 16 ounce Angus T-Bone. There?s trad fish and chips and salmon for others as well as veggie dishes. No, seriously.
The location is great for theatre and the tourist sights of the West End. Angus Steak House is one institution that you can depend on.
The menu is brilliant for carnivores, with seven cuts of steak in various weights, we also offer options for vegetarians and have a great children?s menu and killer desserts.
We have the perfect location for a pre-theatre or post-sightseeing meal.
Opening times:
Monday to Saturday: 10am - 1 am,
Sunday: 10- midnight
Average price per head: £25 |
