Looking for ways to keep the kids occupied during the Easter holiday? Want something fun and free-to-attend that the whole family can enjoy?

Topps Match Attax, the official Barclays Premier League trading card game, is touring cities across the UK and is coming to Newcastle on Tuesday 2nd April, offering kids and their families the opportunity to get closer to the action and enjoy a range of fun-filled activities at St James’ Park.

At the free-to-attend Topps Swap and Play event, players and collectors alike can get their hands on the last few Match Attax cards they need, as well as having the chance to take on fellow Match Attax fans at the action-packed game of super skill and awesome stats.

Take on the World Championship Challenge
Kids across the city are invited to take up the challenge and join the competition as Topps searches for the 2013 Match Attax World Champion. All fans and collectors have to do is take part in the Match Attax Tournament at the event in a bid to be crowned Newcastle’s regional finalist. The regional winner will then be invited to London to play in the 2013 World finals at Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC!

Players, prizes and pictures
There promises to be much excitement for kids and parents alike during the day, with Premier League stars Steve Taylor and Yohan Cabaye on hand between 2pm and 4pm to meet with Match Attax fans and their families, sign cards and pose for pictures.

Plus, there will be the chance for kids to Win Match Attax goodies by taking part in football quizzes and challenge Match of the Day Magazine and BBC's ‘Kickabout’ presenters, Paz & Bez, to win awesome prizes!

There will also be the opportunity to get snapped next to some silverware, with the real Barclays Premier League and npower Championship trophies making an appearance.

The amazing football freestyler, World Champion and multi World Record holder, Dan Magness, will be showing off his unbelievable skills and giving fans all the hints and tips on how to take their skills to the next level! Add to this the Match Attax Masters, who will be on hand to teach children and their families how to play Match Attax, as well as offering up tricks and tips to those who wish to improve their game.

Register for an exclusive Limited Edition
Fans and collectors can get ahead of the game by registering online at to attend the free event. And to make it more exciting, all who register will receive an exclusive Limited Edition Javier Hernandez Match Attax card upon arrival to boost their collection.

There will also be a Topps Shop and a Charity Swap Auction, where for a small donation, collectors can bid to get their hands on items such as signed merchandise, by using swaps as currency.
