Funhouse Comedy is back at the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Thursday September 8th for more fun and laughter.
Topping the bill is the incredibly likeable, hilarious, warm and unique Emmanuel Sonubi, who has appeared on ‘Live at The Apollo’. An ex-bouncer, he has many personal tales about playing pranks with his kids and his awful parenting skills.
Opening the night will be Silky whose irresistible stage persona combines angriness with silliness. He has a mastery of the descriptive phrase and his mix of self-deprecating wit, music and gently quirky material brings audiences together in tears of laughter.
Also appearing is Nipper Thomas, winner of the Silver Stand Up Award at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2019.
Completing the line-up will be Jake Baker with his view on daily life, he gets inside the minds of strangers, colleagues, family and even his pets to tell everyone his unbalanced opinion!
Compere for the night is the chatty and energetic Spiky Mike.
