Swim in the river, cycle through the scenic open roads, or run the flat Thames path, which comprises a mix of grass, tarmac, and trail, offering views of Marlow and the surrounding areas.
For the ultimate challenge, join the Triathlon, or select either of our Duathlon/Aquabike categories. We offer multiple distances for each discipline, ensuring there’s something to suit all abilities.
