STARTERS
(V) Tomato and roasted red pepper soup: crusty bread (SOUP)
Game terrine wrapped in streaky bacon: toasted brioche and red onion marmalade (TERRINE)
Prawn and crayfish cocktail: Marie rose sauce and crusty bread (PRAWN)
MAIN COURSE
Roast locally sourced turkey: glazed gammon, chipolata, sausage and apricot stuffing (TURKEY)
Slow roast belly of ‘Old Spot’ pork: apple sauce, Cornish cider and wholegrain mustard jus (PORK)
Salmon, cream cheese and spinach: wrapped in filo pastry with dill cream sauce (SALMON)
(V) Filo parcel: wild mushroom, spinach, leek and feta cheese with sweet potato chips and ratatouille(FILO)
