A popular annual event over 25 years in this picturesque village located close to Saxmundham, Snape, Aldeburgh and Leiston.
Tickets are still only £5 per adult, accompanied children free. These can be purchased on the day at the village green in the heart of the village where there is plenty of parking space.
Tickets comprise a route map. There will be at least a dozen cottage gardens open, all different sizes, some quirky and hidden from view from roads, along a route which can take in the village hall where you can enjoy light lunches and refreshments, the medieval church and grounds overlooking the village and passing a wild flower meadow which in previous years has been stunning and we hope nature will regenerate itself – please note it is on private land, so keep to the footpath. We area typical rural village and surfaces are uneven, so please take care. But you can find accessible gardens and the village hall.
