Our inaugural day-festival will take place on Saturday 24th June 2023, where we will be bringing a jam-packed day of live workouts, talks, seminars and interviews, a walk-through exhibition of local and national fitness and wellness businesses, healthy food and drink, and the opportunity to compete in, or spectate, the South Coast’s biggest fitness competition- The Vault Games! All profits from the festival will go to the FMG Project charity.
As a way of raising awareness of the work that we do and much needed funds for the project, we are setting up and running the first ever fitness festival in Brighton and Hove- Brighton Fitness Festival! With the help of local sports events company, TPG Sports Events, and gym, The Vault 164, we believe that we can create a powerful community event that celebrates the local health, wellbeing and fitness community in Brighton and the surrounding area.
