Start your day with Tu Chan Yoga

50min morning vinyasa/hatha style flow to get your muscle, joints moving and your mind focused with Tu Chan Yoga, every Monday at 7am.

Classes start from Monday 31st August at 7am – to Monday 28th November 7am.

Aim to arrive 5-10 mins before the start of class. I am unable to allow late comers in once the class has started. Just arrive ready for practice, wear something comfortable allowing you to move comfortably in. Clean, sanitised mats and props are provided.

I am offering classes at ‘Pay What you Feel’ basis – (suggested min. donation is £4.00) so you can make a choice of what you want to donate. This will go towards my expenses, time and knowledge sharing.

Payment details will be shared with you upon completion of your booking. Spaces are limited and booking is essential. A completed PAR-Q/Health questionnaire would need to be competed and returned back to me before you participate in class.

My classes are suitable for all. My intension is to set you up for the day ahead to feel present, centered, uplifted as well as encouraging you to build a habit that will carry you forwards in the years to come.
