A slice of Grant Green Green via Lou Donaldson and Herbie Hancock is the play list of the day, New Orleans the righteous vibe – with the trio cooking hot over 2 live sets + special guest DJ (TBA), free entry at The CLF Art Lounge & Roof Garden.

Band leader and drummer Roy Pfeffer is one of London’s most recognised ambassadors of New Orleans music.
He leads acclaimed New Orleans funk band The Big Smoke Family – regulars at Ronnie Scott’s and favorites on New Orleans biggest radio station WWOZ. He is also a founding member of The Cosimo Matassa Project – a band dedicated to 1950 New Orleans rhythm ‘n’ blues and playing music by artists such as Fats Domino, Smiley Lewis and Dr John.
His own trio plays a soulful mix of New Orleans jazz, Mardi Gras and funk with repertoire from Grant Green, Horace Silver, Idris Muhammad and Many More.
