Funhouse Comedy launches the new season at the Walnut Tree Inn, Blisworth on Thursday January 27th with a night full of fun and laughter.
Topping the bill is Mark Nelson, who won Scottish Comedian of the Year Award 2006 scarcely a year after his first ever gig. His mix of dark humour, acerbic observations and excellent one-liners led him to become an acclaimed, award-winning stand-up. He has audiences captivated both with his material and his engagingly impressive manner.
Opening the night will be The Noise Next Door who have appeared on BBC 1, BBC 3, ITV1, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 4 and have performed alongside the likes of Michael McIntyre, Al Murray, and Harry Hill; will be performing perfectly choreographed routines and enthralling the crowd with their wonderful blend of ludicrous characters, witty one-liners, epic stories and musical mayhem. Their sharp improvised comedy always results in a hilariously unique show.
Completing the line-up is the funny and fast paced Trevor Bickles.
Compere for the night will be the 2014 English Comedian Of The Year winner, Jack Campbell with distorted logic and amusing anecdotes.
