Funhouse Comedy is back at the Abbey Theatre, Nuneaton on Saturday March 4th for more fun and laughter.
Topping the bill is Sol Bernstein, a legend on the circuit who has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Sinatra, the Rat Pack, Lenny Bruce and Doris Day. One part Alf Garnett, two parts Mel Brooks, and three parts like nothing you’ve ever heard. The oldest Jewish comic in the business is a laugh a minute, delivering his lines with acidic humour and chutzpah.
Opening the night will be comedian and actress Fiona Allen who has appeared on ‘Mock the Week’ and in many sketch shows, including ‘Smack the Pony’.
Completing the line-up is the incredibly funny cutlery sage Ian Crawford, with his unique safety advice.
Compere for the night will be the cheeky, chatty Dave Twentyman, who puts a big smile on everyone’s face. Talking a lot about the subjects closer to home such as family life & friends.
