Funhouse Comedy returns to the Abbey Theatre, Nuneaton on Saturday October 1st for another great night of laughter.
Topping the bill is Christian Reilly who at the age of 15 joined a band to get laid. The Salvation Army had different ideas! He became an integral part of the Perrier award-winning show Otis Lee Crenshaw and the Black Liars, with comic/songster Rich Hall and travelled the world 3 times. Now as a solo performer he both captivates and amuses his audiences with his comic songs and witty punch-lines.
Opening the night will be winner of ITV’s ‘Show Me The Funny’ the instantly loveable and unique Patrick Monahan, with his trademark hyperactive and freewheeling charm. Following the release of his debut DVD he was a guest on Loose Women and also appeared alongside Philip Schofield and Jason Manford on ITV’s Comedy Annual. More recently he appeared on ITV’s Splash. Of Irish-Iranian decent, but brought up on Teeside he shares tales of his memories. He exudes warmth and charisma; his friendly style mixed with his hilarious story telling leaves everyone wanting for more.
Completing the line-up is Kate Martin with her high energy storytelling and razor sharp observations.
Compere for the night will be the cheerful chatty Simon Bligh, his friendly demeanor is mixed with a fast-paced performance of unadulterated comedy and accurate observations.
