Oxford Art Society Members Exhibition 2022

Members of the Oxford Art Society put on their annual show in a new venue in the centre of Oxford and it will be showing work from local well known artists as well as a lot of new faces. Tom Croft, who is appearing on BBC1 with a series called ‘Extraordinary Portraits” hosted by Tinie Tempah will be showing, along with Ruth Swain who appeared in Sky Portrait Artist of the Year on TV in November 2021.
The Kendrew Barn Gallery is no stranger to celebrity having hosted The Edgar Wind Society’s anarchic choice of forger John Myatt to speak and artist Ai-dai had his debut exhibition making headlines. The event will be opened by local entrepreneur and art collector Jeremy Mogford and there will be lots of new prizes awarded.
The exhibition is open daily from 11am until 6pm from 26th March until 10th April.
Most of the works will be on sale and there will be an opportunity to meet the artists including Lucy Stopford, our chairman and brilliant portraitist who has a few notable events coming up in the near future.
The Exhibition promises to be another exciting and memorable event and a very good reason to visit Oxford.
