Funhouse Comedy brings a Christmas Special night of laughter to Southwell Rugby Club, on Wednesday December 7th.
Topping the bill is The Raymond and Mr Timpkins Revue, one of the absolute funniest and most unique acts you will ever see in a comedy club. Countless crazy props set to a musical backing track will have you crying with laughter.
Britain’s Got Talent have been begging them to go on the show every year since it started, but they keep declining!
Opening the night will be the friendly and mischievous Paul McCaffrey, who has appeared on ‘Live at The Apollo’, BBC 3’s ‘Impractical Jokers’ and ‘Russell Howard’s Good News’ and has supported Michael McIntyre, John Bishop and Lee Mack on tour. With his spontaneous, exuberant accounts and genuine magnetism he captivates his audiences.
Also appearing is co-star of the ‘The ParaPod Movie’ and winner of Best MC, Midlands Comedy Awards 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 the appealing and perceptive Barry Dodds. He has supported Jason Manford, John Bishop, Tape Face and Pete Firman on tour, as well as being Chortle Awards 2016 Nominee, Best Internet for ‘The Parapod’ Podcast, with Ray Peacock. He enthrals everyone with his energy, spirit and tantalizing wit. His mix of surprisingly uncanny and irrepressibly cheeky material never fails to fascinate them.
The lively and chatty Spiky Mike will be host and compere for the night.
