This course is part of our holiday activities provision called ACTIV8, designed to provide children with fun and engaging physical activities to keep healthy and active. Our programme supports the development of child’s self-esteem, confidence, belief and social development.
This course is open to children aged 7-16, held at Henry Beaufort secondary School. Lunch break midway through the day (packed lunch provided by the child). Age groups are split into 3 categories (7-10, 11-14, 14-16) ensuring appropriate activities to engage all ages.
Our programme of content for the day includes various fun and engaging activities and games. Those attending will have the opportunity choose from different activities and sports. Participants can play different sports and activities with our team of coaches in a free, safe and enjoyable environment.
