After the successful return of the St Cross Fete in 2022, this traditional Summer Fete returns again to the beautiful grounds of the medieval Hospital of Saint Cross. There will be stalls, games, a fun fair, and train rides; and entertainment provided by the Winchester Morris Men, 1st Chandlers Ford Boys’ Brigade Band, Ukulele Band and Punch and Judy. Teas, home-made cakes, bacon rolls and ice cream are available. Funds raised are for the church at St Cross; Winchester Women’s Refuge and the Wildfire Youth Project, a new charity supporting youth workers working in schools and churches.
