Funhouse Comedy Club – Christmas Special Comedy Night in Ashby de la Zouch December 2021

Funhouse Comedy brings another Christmas Special night of laughter to the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Wednesday December 22nd.

Topping the bill will be writer, actor and comedian Justin Moorhouse who has appeared on TV in Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Live at the Apollo, Coronation Street and Phoenix Nights. With his easy going and charming persona he entertains his audiences, relating his tales and clever observations and has them hanging on to his every word.

Opening the night is bestselling author and comedian Sam Avery aka ‘The Learner Parent, who is currently touring his show about his twin boys. He wanted to be a rock star and nearly made it as a member of DBH (Dirty Blue Hook), touring with Motorhead and Ice T. After a number of other jobs, he finally turned to stand-up and is renowned for his observational skills, quick wit and enthusiasm.

Also appearing will be 2021 British Comedian of the Year Finalist, the very likeable, down to earth and madcap Lindsey Santoro, recounting tales of her misadventures in life, in her unique side-splitting style. She never fails to leave the crowd in tears of laughter.

Compere for the night is the chatty and cheerful Spiky Mike.
