Featuring a lively and colourful programme of music, it includes Bernstein’s ‘Overture Candide’, Malcolm Arnold’s ‘Little Suite No.2’ and Elgar’s magnificent ‘Enigma Variations’. Plus the BSO is delighted to be playing with internationally renowned violin soloist Clare Howick who will be performing Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concert in D Major, one of the most famous in the repertoire.
